How much does shipping cost?


New Zealand – Free for all orders.

Australia - $10NZD per order.

North America & Asia (NZ Post International) - $25NZD per order.

Europe & Rest of World (NZ Post International) - $35NZD per order.* 


*We would love to be able to charge less for this, however the realities of shipping an individual pair of shoes halfway across the world from New Zealand means at present we’re absorbing some of the shipping cost at this price. We’re hoping to be able to lower this price in the future.


Do I have to sign for my delivery?


All parcels must be signed for on delivery. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, a Card-to-Call will be left by the delivery company.


If you have given a postal service Authority To Leave (ATL) for your deliverable packages, we are not liable in any way for loss, theft or damage to the parcel left in accordance with this authority.

Want to return something purchased online?


We understand that sometimes things don’t fit right, look right, or just feel right, so we've tried to make resolving things easy. When trying on your purchase at home, make sure you do so inside and on carpet - we're unable to accept returned orders if the item has been worn or damaged after purchase.


If you're not happy with your online purchase, we'll happily give you a full refund or exchange (excluding sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is covered by the customer, but we will not ask you to pay for shipping again if you choose to exchange your order for a different size or style. If we can’t provide you with an exchange, we’ll issue you with a full refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within four working days of receipt of your order.

What if my item is faulty?


While we check each pair that gets sent out, we understand that sometimes unforeseen faults happen. Simply contact us and we’ll arrange for any manufacturer faults to be repaired to a high quality standard at our expense.


If a repair is not possible, we'll give you an exchange for a new pair, store credit or full refund. We promise to uphold our end of the deal and do this in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.


Do you ship internationally?


We ship to most countries, however if your country is not available in the cart, please contact us here. Generally these orders take 7-14 days to arrive.


International orders may incur customs or import duty fees when the order reaches its destination country - these vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict them: these must be paid by the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.


When will my item arrive?


Urban delivery within NZ – 2-5 working days.

Rural delivery within NZ – 3-7 working days.

International - 7-14 working days


Please be aware these numbers are estimates. If you are ordering more than 2 pairs these estimates can vary and items may be dispatched separately.

NB, over busy periods (Easter and Christmas) there may be a delay for delivery of up to 14 days.
